It is not often that I set myself up for work. Then again it is not often that my car pleads for a wash and fresh clothes. This time it threatened mutiny, I don’t know what else can we term violent jerks, shaky noises and a strangely adamant steering which refused to go left.
I presume all of you are aware of my views on early mornings. The view strengthened further after this escapade.
Washing is infectious
Looking at my car getting all decked up, some crows decided it is just the right time to clean their inner self. And I don’t know what gave it away but they figured since I am cleaning the car might as well use me for cleaning themselves. I had an early morning shower that I was so not looking forward to. It is surprisingly funny when you jabber your boss “I wanna leave!” and then leave it at that. He comes to the room full of boring developers very close to where I am sitting and then suddenly, “Oh Rof! why don’t we catch a cup of coffee” .. I never understood the whole catching part of coffee but it seemed exciting enough. And then he asks you why do you want to quit and i say, “oh that, I was just asking for a leave.. missed the ‘a’ then and then got caught up with work you know..”
I figured then that quitting the job is not so much of a hassle as it might seem. Heck, it is a whole lot of fun if you believe me.
