Read this article last Sunday.
It says that the UAE has banned Facebook, or as their minister dude chose to put it, they have banned parts of it. This kinda got me interested. How can they ban parts of a website?
How will they go about it? I wondered, and then it seemed pretty obvious, they can do lots of part banning.
- Block just the home page! It is still just a part.
- Remove the Login button, everything else will remain the way it is.
- Maybe they will just ban and remove the text on the site. Pictures speak a thousand words after all
We will ban parts.. yes of course
